Bike ride

Because I'm crazy that way, and because I can, I'm going to take my bike ride in the middle of the day. I plan to take along lots of water... I've tuned up my Pandora station to a fare-thee-well and can play it on my Droid.

well,let me see, if you're bicycling in 98 degree weather then that means it 'feels' like 91 allowing for this.

Still too darned hot. And at least in the gym the sun doesn't beat down upon me.

I didn't go very far or very fast. About eight miles, a lot of stopping and going on city streets, too.
