I am such a grown-up

lblanchardI made an appointment for a physical today. My doctor is so popular that the first date I could get is March 12. That would be the day after the Flower Show closes. To get the most out of this physical, I plan to hunch on the back of his nurse like a gargoyle two weeks before so that she will get me prescriptions for all of my blood work. How dumb is it to do the physical without the blood work.
This gives me another three months of diet and exercise, too -- perhaps he'll fall over in a dead faint when he sees how thin and fit I am. Last time he saw me, I believe there was about 30 lb more of me.
