My eyes, let me tell you about them...

It's a good thing I cancelled that 3:30 blood-donation approintment, because I just got home a couple minutes ago. There may be a problem with my eye but he can't figure out which one. The visual field test said the left eye; the optic nerve photos say the right eye. Both diagnostics, he said, have a very high error rate, especially showing nonexistent problems. So the solution is to wait three months and re-test -- and if there are still peculiar results, to start dosing both eyes instead of just one.
And I, silly person that I am, was hoping that all the weight loss and clean living might mean that I could go off the drops entirely.
Well....drops in both eyes beats the alternative if the alternative is going blind. I wonder if I should brace for deterioration in the quality of sight.

No new glasses?
My rule is don't brace for anything without a firm diagnosis.
