I refuse to be on Facebook at all, but in any case I'd think it very bad form to cross-post comments on SOMEBODY ELSE'S JOURNAL to some alien site. I don't even know why they think it's such a hot idea.

I think that, like all the rest of the Facebook "sharing" initiatives, this one is designed so that you have to work really really hard to opt out of it.

Or maybe not. I am looking at the comments form in which I'm typing and see that, at least, the default is "don't post" -- you have to click something to crosspost.
