Thirty-six flights of stairs

There are three flights of stairs between my office and the washer and dryer. I did four loads of laundry. That means six round trips at six flights per trip.

My knees aren't terribly happy today, although they started out fine.

I didn't ride my bike today.

Tomorrow it's supposed to go up to 100F. If I get on that bike it will be early.
