When kightp glazed the bundts

browngirl about her beautiful fruitcakes inspired me to dig in the archives for pictures of the mini-bundt cakes kightp and I made when she was here back in 2003. Maybe I'll keep the mold after all instead of giving it away. My notion of fruitcake is a chocolate cake mix, a box of instant pudding, and a whole boatload of that pre-cut candied fruit, but I suppose I could learn to do better.
