Advent Day I: Schlumbergera

lblanchardTwo of my Schlumbergera have started blooming today: the big red one in the sitting room that was the pod parent for the 2009 pollination (the pollen donor was an upright white); and one of the pink/magenta ones in the second floor bathroom.
Also new today: one of the small plants from the aforesaid pollination has buds. They have some color to them so I think they're going to take after Mom.
