Morning bike ride

I took one -- for the first time since before my sister died, I think. I went down the Lakes and round the Lakes and over to the Shop-Rite, where I bought $67 and about 50 lb worth of groceries, mostly meat and canned goods. Hauling that home two and a half miles was a trial, and now I feel like a limp noodle.

But oh my, the joy of being back on my bike and seeing the new leaves on the trees.
