Beautiful morning

How wonderful to find the temperature a mere 70F when I left for my bike ride this morning! I rode my usual five turns around The Lakes -- overdid it a bit by taking the last turn in a higher gear than I usually do and really pushing it -- and have come home limp as a noodle. I have two more days of this Keflex to go and then perhaps I'll start to feel really better.

EDITED TO ADD, speaking of non-sequiturs: two weeks into this Barielle regimen and my difficult nail has not split lengthwise. Usually by now it would have done so, leading me to believe that this stuff may actually work.
