We were going to go to the Northern Tier for a four-day exploration of possible housing options. But we decided we wanted to go to Peaks of Otter in Virginia, a favorite vacation spot, instead. And that got us to thinking about Bedford, the nearest town, and that sent us to realtor.com. Click through to the listing. In some ways it's a mean little house, but oh my god the view. Roy has to go to Roanoke on business later this week and will swing by to see if there are glaring problems, like roaring traffic from a nearby highway.
