Flower Show!

Not the same as THE Flower Show, of course, but Macy's is doing something or other for two whole weeks, and they've somehow involved the Horticultural Society. I cut through Macy's on my way home from a breakfast meeting and saw this lovely poster. Click through and you'll see a surrealistic interpretation of the color theme just outside Women's World.

Sadly, I am uninspired by this year's fashions, all of which look like a bad acid trip to me. I don't like the colors, I don't like the prints, and I especially don't like the empire waists that hide my waistline -- the only thing that differentiates me from the Goodyear Blimp. I think I'll sit this season out...
