Sick
Shortly after posting last night, I suddenly felt unwell in that "my body is sick and I feel surreally awful" way as opposed to just having some annoying symptom or other. So I went downstairs and sure enough I had I fever in the range of 101F. I slept fitfully and woke up feeling weak and headache-y. But I have managed to drag my miserable self upstairs and am pumping it full of ibuprofen, caffeine, and cool water. I feel a little better. I am not sure I feel well enough to hop on my bike and head to the PathMark for groceries, though...
Roy is coming home around 8:00 tonight. I think I may email him and suggest he go straight to his club and grab a bite of dinner there. I do not think I'm going to feel like cooking.
